Vivian He, CPA, CA
Founder & Lead Advisor
Vivian is a Chartered Professional Accountant with nearly 20 years of experience advising entrepreneurs, private companies, and families on complex tax, finance, and assurance matters. Her work spans industries including construction, real estate, healthcare, hospitality, manufacturing, and technology, giving her a broad and practical perspective.
Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese, Vivian connects clients seamlessly across cultures and borders. She also serves as Treasurer for the HKCBA Edmonton Section and as an Area Leader for CPA Canada’s Financial Literacy program.
Vivian holds a Bachelor of Accounting from the University of Alberta, earned her CA designation in 2011, and completed the In-Depth Tax Program in 2017. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, dancing, and family adventures with her young son.
Ellen Wei, CPA
Advisor
Ellen is a Chartered Professional Accountant with over a decade of experience in accounting and finance across diverse industries. She currently leads month-end reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and team management, providing clients with reliable insights and financial clarity.
In her previous senior financial roles, Ellen successfully drove process improvements and supported business relaunch initiatives, demonstrating her ability to align numbers with real-world business strategy.
She is highly skilled in Workday, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, Power BI, and advanced Excel, and is recognized for her strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Yeechan Yang, CPA

With over 10 years of experience in public practice, Yeechan has worked with clients ranging from small businesses to large corporations, helping them meet compliance requirements, strengthen financial reporting, and achieve sustainable growth.
Her expertise includes external audits, review engagements, and compilation engagements. She is passionate about using her technical knowledge to ensure clients feel supported, confident, and empowered in their businesses.
