Vivian He, CPA, CA
Founder & Lead Advisor
Vivian is a Chartered Professional Accountant with nearly 20 years of experience advising entrepreneurs, private companies, and families on complex tax, finance, and assurance matters. Her work spans industries including construction, real estate, healthcare, hospitality, manufacturing, and technology, giving her a broad and practical perspective.
Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese, Vivian connects clients seamlessly across cultures and borders. She also serves as Treasurer for the HKCBA Edmonton Section and as an Area Leader for CPA Canada’s Financial Literacy program.
Vivian holds a Bachelor of Accounting from the University of Alberta, earned her CA designation in 2011, and completed the In-Depth Tax Program in 2017. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, dancing, and family adventures with her young son.
Samuel Young, FCPA, FCA, CFA
Senior Advisor
Samuel is a Senior Advisor with VH Tax & Advisory Inc. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (with distinction) from the University of Alberta, earned his Chartered Accountant and Chartered Financial Analyst designations, and was awarded his FCPA and FCA in 2016. His background includes work with a provincial securities commission and national public accounting firms in auditing, taxation, and management consulting, and he was a partner with RSM Canada LLP (formerly Collins Barrow) in Edmonton and Vancouver.
Samuel specializes in business planning, financial planning, corporate finance, and owner-manager income tax planning, and has completed the CICA In-Depth Income Tax Program. He works with professional services corporations, high-tech companies, real estate developers, construction firms, and retail and manufacturing businesses, with clients ranging from small businesses to multinational corporations.
Samuel is a member of CPA BC, CPA Canada, and the Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts. He has served as National Treasurer of the Hong Kong Canada Business Association and President of its Edmonton Section, President of the Chinese Graduates Association of Alberta, and a board member of the Edmonton Society of Financial Analysts.
Yeechan Yang, CPA

With over 10 years of experience in public practice, Yeechan has worked with clients ranging from small businesses to large corporations, helping them meet compliance requirements, strengthen financial reporting, and achieve sustainable growth.
Her expertise includes external audits, review engagements, and compilation engagements. She is passionate about using her technical knowledge to ensure clients feel supported, confident, and empowered in their businesses.
Ellen Wei, CPA

Ellen is a Chartered Professional Accountant with over a decade of experience in accounting and finance across diverse industries. She currently leads month-end reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and team management, providing clients with reliable insights and financial clarity.
In her previous senior financial roles, Ellen successfully drove process improvements and supported business relaunch initiatives, demonstrating her ability to align numbers with real-world business strategy.
She is highly skilled in Workday, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, Power BI, and advanced Excel, and is recognized for her strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
